Are visitors welcome here these days? Well, yes and no.
Anyway, there’s nothing stopping you from parking and then walking on up.
Your typical tourists would just keep driving, just keep driving on up Twin Peaks Boulevard until they get stopped at near Burnett Avenue. And what ended up happening is they’ve made their own low-capacity lot at the intersection. See?

And sometimes they park blocking the gate, which wouldn’t allow SFGov to get through, so I assume that they’d be risking a tow. The place ends up with tourists circling about sometimes:

Things are calmer down Burnett, if there’s space.
All this is fine, I guess, if you’re trying to kill time anyway.

And it’s the same deal with the quiet intersection of Marview and Farview.
Will the buses ever come back when tourism picks up again? IDK. MUNI’s not interested in this place, that’s for sure.
And some in town don’t cotton to (the mostly) Chinese tourists being bused up there for a quick look and see
